gamezoo return policy
gamezoo offers a 30 day return on any unopened or defective item(s), for either
a replacement, a full refund, or gamezoo account credit.
A returned item(s) must be in the original packaging and include any manuals,
cabling and accessories in original condition. A defective item(s) will be
replaced with a like item(s), upon return.
We do not accept returns of:

Any item(s) returned more than 30 days after the packing slip date.

Any item(s) that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap), unsealed or
non-defective.

Any item(s) not in its original condition, is damaged, played, or is missing
parts.

Any item(s) that was sold as part of a bundle, unless the bundle is returned
complete.

Any item(s) that was purchased as an electronic download.
Note: If you have ordered a PC/MAC game please
ensure that you carefully read the "System Requirements" marked on the box
before opening your item.
Please do not send gamezoo an item(s) that does not meet the return criteria
listed above. gamezoo will not issue refunds for non qualifying items and
cannot return the items to you.
Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective video games
systems and computer hardware after 30 days.
The amount refunded will depend on the reason for return. If you have received:

a damaged item(s) or the wrong item(s), we will be happy to refund both the
product and delivery costs.

a item(s) that you no longer wish to purchase, only the product cost can be
refunded.
Should you return an item(s) that was placed using a promotional code, discount
or offer, you will not be refunded for the amount of the code, discount or
offer, as these discounts were deducted from the original purchase amount.
gamezoo will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and
processed your returned item(s). Refunds will be made within 7 to 14 business
days of gamezoo receiving your return in the form of the original payment
method.
