Credit card
Credit card payments are processed in real time with the banks. Your details are first checked, then your credit card is preauthorised for the final amount with the banks after you have verified all your order details. gamezoo will then apply the charge to your card once your order has been processed.

We accept the following credit cards:

Direct deposit
Direct deposit allows you to make your payment via internet/phone banking or over the counter at your local branch. Simply deposit the required amount into the gamezoo bank account and use your order number as reference when transferring your money.

Note: Items will not be despatched until your payment has cleared. This generally takes 1-2 days depending on your banking institution.

Phone/fax
After you have placed your order and received the gamezoo order confirmation email, simply phone 1300 724 196 and supply your credit card details over the phone (9.00am - 5.00pm AEST or AEDT, Monday - Friday). Or print out the supplied email and fax your credit card details to 1300 724 197.
